These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the World Student Services (WSS) website and our study abroad consultancy, university admission, student visa guidance, and overseas education services. By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
WSS provides university admission assistance, study abroad counseling, and application support to students seeking to study overseas; however, admission decisions are made solely by the relevant university, college, or educational institution. WSS does not guarantee admission, acceptance, enrollment, scholarships, or placement in any specific university, college, course, or study program.
WSS provides student visa guidance, visa application assistance, and document preparation support where applicable. However, visa, residence permit, study permit, entry clearance, and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government department, and WSS cannot guarantee visa approval.
Students applying for study abroad, university admission, or student visa services are responsible for providing complete, accurate, genuine, and legally obtained documents and information. WSS shall not be responsible for any consequences, delays, application refusals, or visa refusals resulting from false, fraudulent, altered, incomplete, or misleading information or documents provided by the student.
WSS may communicate or work with universities, colleges, educational institutions, language providers, accommodation providers, insurance companies, financial institutions, visa service providers, and other third parties in connection with student applications and overseas education services. Such organizations operate independently and may have their own fees, admission requirements, visa requirements, deadlines, procedures, and refund policies, which are outside WSS’s control.
Students are responsible for paying university tuition fees, deposits, application fees, accommodation fees, and other institutional charges according to the payment instructions and deadlines provided by the relevant university, college, or service provider. Tuition fees, admission requirements, scholarships, and other charges may change, and students should confirm the latest information directly with the relevant educational institution before making payments.
Where applicable, WSS may charge fees for study abroad consultancy, education counseling, university application processing, admission assistance, documentation support, or other services, and the applicable charges will be communicated to the student in advance. WSS service charges are separate from university tuition fees, visa fees, application fees, examination fees, medical fees, insurance, accommodation, travel, bank charges, and other third-party costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All university tuition fees, deposits, application fees, and other payments made to a university, college, or educational institution are subject to the refund policy and terms of the relevant institution. WSS is not responsible or liable for any refund that is refused, delayed, reduced, or withheld by the relevant university, college, or third-party provider, and students should review the applicable institutional refund policy before making payments.
Student visa refusal, university admission refusal, scholarship refusal, or application deferral does not automatically entitle a student to a refund of WSS service charges. Any refund of tuition fees, deposits, or other institutional payments will be determined solely according to the refund policy of the relevant university, college, educational institution, or service provider.
WSS makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding study abroad destinations, universities, colleges, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, admission requirements, student visa requirements, and application deadlines. However, such information may change without notice, and students should verify important information with the relevant university, college, embassy, immigration authority, or government department before making significant decisions or payments.
WSS aims to maintain a reliable and secure website for providing information about overseas education, university admissions, study abroad programs, scholarships, and student visa services, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting or server problems, cybersecurity incidents, internet disruptions, updates, or circumstances beyond WSS’s reasonable control.
All content on the WSS website, including our World Student Services name, branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, website design, marketing materials, documents, and original educational content, is owned by or licensed to World Student Services unless otherwise stated. No WSS content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written permission, while third-party trademarks, university names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Students and website users must ensure that any information, comments, reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content submitted to WSS is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights or privacy of others or contain harmful, fraudulent, or inappropriate material. Where legally permitted and with any required consent, WSS may use genuine student feedback, reviews, photographs, or testimonials for legitimate marketing, promotional, and educational consultancy purposes.
WSS may collect and process personal information, including student names, contact details, academic records, passport and application information, financial information, immigration-related information, and documents, where necessary to provide our education consultancy, university admission, and student visa services. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be shared with relevant universities, colleges, embassies, immigration authorities, visa service providers, or other authorized third parties where necessary and legally permitted.
